Job Title: Solution Architect

As a key member of our DevOps team, we seek a highly skilled solution architect to design, implement, and manage our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Platform Engineering: Design, integrate, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Build and maintain a highly available platform, ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours. Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Disaster Recovery Strategy: Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour recovery time objective (RTO).
  • Security and Compliance: Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines. Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management). Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Identity and Access Management: Integrate Okta single sign-on (SSO) and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication. Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise with Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, and other CI/CD tools. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for high availability, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
