Are you a highly motivated and organized Fee Collector looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Fee Collector. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting fees from parents, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect fees from parents through various payment methods such as cash, cheques, and electronic funds transfer.

  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.

  • Manage cash handling and reconcile any discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting or related field.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in accounts and collection.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
