Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Grapes-Worldwide. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in front-end development
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production environments
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and assist junior developers when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in React.js development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or MobX)
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM)
- Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
