Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network and Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network and security systems to ensure availability and performance across environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain firewalls to ensure secure data exchange.
  • Perform level 2 troubleshooting of network and security incidents.
  • Analyze and resolve firewall-related issues including traffic flow, policy violations, and NAT.
  • Configure and update firewall rules, security policies, objects, NAT rules, and address groups.
  • Set up and manage VPNs on firewalls.
  • Monitor and analyze logs using various tools and platforms.
  • Support change requests, configuration changes, and policy optimizations.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely incident resolution and root cause analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network and security operations with level 2 support responsibilities.
  • Proven hands-on experience with firewalls and related management systems.
  • Solid understanding of network concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, and VPNs.
  • Ability to analyze firewall logs and identify threats, misconfigurations, or unusual behavior.
  • Experience with enterprise firewall change management processes.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Exposure to tools like Wireshark or SIEM platforms.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Security certifications like CCNA Security or relevant certifications.
