Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and performance assessments.
  • Recommend financial performance optimization, internal controls, and profitability.
  • Assist clients with financial risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage financial consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Mentor junior consultants and team members in their development.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.
  • Set an example with ethical standards and best practices in consulting.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting the sales process.
  • Expand market presence and reputation.
  • Evaluate and mitigate potential financial risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA-FINANCE qualification is mandatory.
  • 3+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or auditing, with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles throughout your career.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Excel, SAP, or similar).
