Product Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product roadmap, prioritizing product features and initiatives that align with business objectives, and gathering and integrating customer feedback into product planning and development.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Prioritize product features and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Gather and integrate customer feedback into product planning and development.
  • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate Business requirements into Product technical requirements.
  • Customer experience and feedback integration.
  • Analytics for product performance tracking.
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Nice to Have:
  • Expertise in market research and trend analysis to shape product vision and strategy.
  • Experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps.
