About this Job

This is a senior position that requires extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence Operations (AIOPs) and IT Process Automation with AI/ML. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing and deploying AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models to drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions using Python frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in AIOPs and IT Process Automation.
  • Lead the implementation of modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in AIOPs and IT Process Automation with AI/ML.
  • Proficient in Python frameworks and Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Exposure to Ansible, Unix, and Windows environments.
  • Exposure to SAP environments.
  • Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath.
  • Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processes.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
