Key Responsibilities:

  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful identity security program.
  • You will perform assessments on customers' current identity landscapes and build out their future identity road maps.
  • You will design and implement identity role-based access control and application onboarding programs.
  • You will ensure that SailPoint best practices are followed through the project for a successful project delivery.
  • You will advise and provide direction to junior resources on the project implementation.
  • You will maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners.
  • You will work with other advisory services leads, program managers, and provide recommendations on any changes needed for the program.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product roadmaps, product limitations, and advise strategic direction to customers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical consulting roles.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills are required to perform identity security program assessments and provide road maps.
  • You must possess strong organizational, leadership, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools are necessary.
  • You should be able to pay close attention to details even under pressure.
  • You must have time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with SailPoint governance products is highly desirable.
  • Experience with networking, directory servers, databases, PAM software, and Web-based APIs is also beneficial.

Nice to Have:

  • IDM or IAM Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming is highly valued.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP is also desirable.
  • Experience with scripting frameworks like Angular or TypeJS is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or relevant certifications (optional): CISSP, CCSP, CISM
