Senior Identity Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating technology and platform solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update identity and access management systems, leveraging standard principles and patterns.
- Investigate, analyze, diagnose, recover and monitor various technology applications/platform-related incidents.
- Collaborate with other IT support teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
- Deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Tune and configure technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Coordinate and regularly update technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Identity and Access Management.
