Job Title: Financial Expert

Location: Jaipur, India

Experience: Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in financial analysis and management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct periodic accounting reviews and implement improvements.

• Support valuation processes of portfolio companies in line with internal policies and auditor requirements.

• Manage treasury functions including capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.

• Provide transaction support for capital deployment, including deal documentation review and payment processing.

• Prepare and distribute timely and accurate investor reports, capital account statements, and financial summaries.

• Manage investor communication for capital calls and distributions, maintaining logs and receipt tracking. Respond to investor queries and information requests with high professionalism and attention to detail.

• Assist in audit preparations and financial disclosures, including coordinating third-party valuation inputs.

• Prepare and review ad-hoc financial models and dashboards for internal decision-making.

• Review tax and regulatory filings/submissions and compliances.

2. Financial Controlling – Manager and Advisor Entities

• Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to meticulously review monthly financial statements across all Manager and Advisor entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.

• Supervise the preparation and submission of all Direct and Indirect Tax filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely execution of all statutory obligations within prescribed deadlines.

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring optimized turnaround times (TATs) for disbursements and collections while maintaining robust internal controls.

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and drive the delivery of high-quality Monthly and Quarterly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for Partners. Spearhead the execution of consolidated accounts and cash flow forecasts across all relevant entities.

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment with internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly navigating complex workflows and seamlessly juggling multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
