Description:

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery
- Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians
- Maintain service documentation and performance reports
- Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction
About Us:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Manager. The role requires strong leadership and team management skills, excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities, and experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry
