About this role

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to manage our finance and accounting functions. With 14-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
  • Minimum 14-15 years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
