One of our early-stage AI Saa S portfolio is looking for a Director of Finance to join the business and help the Founder scale the finance function.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts and collections(accounts receivables).Oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirementsDevelop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planningManage the budgeting and forecasting processOversee the company's internal controls, cash management and audit processesManage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.Support fundraising effortsRequirements8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related fieldBuilding the finance function from 0-1 for a scaling Saa S company excites youYou're open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early stageYou understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting like the back of your hand.Past experience working in Saa S accounting is an added plusPlease apply to this role directly on.
