The Den, Bengaluru, offers a diverse array of dining, wellness, and recreation options, blending elements of grandeur with easy comfort for both modern globetrotters and traditional travelers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Bengaluru. The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include developing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and provide strategic financial advice
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with different departments effectively
