Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing campaign ideas, branding, and content for digital and offline platforms, leading and inspiring the design team, mentoring junior and mid-level designers, overseeing visual consistency across projects, and ensuring brand guidelines are maintained.

Additionally, this role requires presenting creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders confidently, monitoring design team productivity, and contributing to overall team profitability.

A strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and campaign work is essential, as well as expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation basics.

Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered creative tools for ideation, design, and productivity is also required.
