About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Nbyula - Skillizens without Borders. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering project that aims to create a horizontal marketplace for international work and studies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with users across different acquisition channels, including social media, online forums, and community platforms.
  • Providing excellent customer support and engagement through prompt responses to inbound queries, guidance, and nurturing potential leads.
  • Analyzing user interactions and communication data to refine and optimize engagement strategies, leveraging insights from ongoing conversations.
  • Utilizing AI-powered tools and bots to ensure high-quality and accurate responses, while contributing to the development of a robust, AI-backed engagement solution.
  • Gathering and analyzing audience feedback to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with audience interests and needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media, community engagement, customer account management, or non-transactional customer support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter) and online forums.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (optional).

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
