Job Description:
As a Senior Research and Operations Analyst, you will bring an outside-in perspective to drive process excellence, reproducibility, and research velocity across AI and conventional engineering initiatives. You will partner with senior tech leaders, engineers, and product managers to ensure our research is structured, measurable, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable research workflows across distributed teams.
- Define research strategies in partnership with other research teams to build synergies.
- Be the custodian of research standards, including documentation, reproducibility, and quality assurance practices.
- Build systems to integrate primary (experimental) and secondary (market, academic) research into decision-making.
- Ensure competitive scans, landscape reviews, and benchmarking are part of the research lifecycle.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging research to inform internal direction-setting.
- Define and track R&D dashboards and KPIs.
- Lead cadences for planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain centralized research knowledge repositories.
Requirements:
8-12 years of experience in R&D as a Research Analyst/Manager.
