Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collection Management Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition, cataloging, and maintenance of library resources. This includes managing and maintaining accurate records of library collections, utilizing library management software to streamline administrative tasks, and ensuring the effective use and preservation of library materials.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Oversee the acquisition, cataloging, and maintenance of library resources.
  • Books Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of library collections.
  • Library ERP Management: Utilize library management software to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Handling Library Resources: Ensure the effective use and preservation of library materials.
