Job Overview

As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing four units across the Indore site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cleaning Validation, Process Validation, Equipment Qualification and Computer System Validation initiatives.
  • Develop effective team management strategies to drive business results.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in the pharma industry with a strong understanding of regulatory markets.
  • Proven track record of managing sterile and non-sterile processes.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the pharma industry with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • USFDA experience as first preference.
