Key Collaborator for Clinical Data Operations

A senior collaborator with CDO sub-functions, the Principal Analyst plays a pivotal role in Non-Drug Projects (NDP) Management within Clinical Data Operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Executes NDP Strategy aligned with CDO BBO to ensure consistency with CDOLT desired outcomes.
  • Develops and maintains an inventory of CDO NDPs ensuring seamless mapping to GCO NDP inventory, eliminating duplication.
  • Works closely with CDO SMEs to guarantee alignment on CDO NDPs listed in the inventory.
  • Participates in cross-functional meetings to discuss CDO NDPs and foster collaboration among teams.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, summarizing and discussing status of deliverables and critical NDP aspects (timelines, scope, resource plan).
  • Maintains up-to-date advanced knowledge of industry trends to provide valuable inputs in NDP discussions.
  • Contributes to process improvement/non-clinical project initiatives.
Performance Metrics
  • Achieves overall goals as set each year by Global Head, Data Operations, GDO and Head Strategy & Operations.
  • Ensures that overall NDP Governance Framework is executed to satisfaction of CDOLT and other stakeholders.
  • Establishes strong alliances with all stakeholders and receives positive feedback for NDP Management.
  • Delivers priority NDPs on time with high quality.

Required skills include Classification Systems, Clinical Trials, Computer Data Storage, Computer Programming, Cross-Functional Teams, Data Analysis, Data Structures, Initiative, Programming Languages, Reporting, and Statistical Analysis.
