Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy of our company's financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare monthly MIS reports, including Balance Sheet and P & L accounts, weekly reporting.
  2. Handle monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, ISD working and filing, along with monthly ITC reconcile as per GSTR-2B and books, and follow up with vendors.
  3. Handle TDS workings and return filings.
  4. Support internal, external, and tax audits and AOP preparation.
  5. Month end Activities including updating FAR, Depreciation computation, Prepaid Expense, Etc.,
  6. Partly AP accounting in limited areas.
  7. General Ledger review and ensuring the accuracy of books of accounts in all aspects.
  8. Ad hoc requirements pertaining to accounts and finance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
