Technical Lead Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement solutions using Community Cloud functionality.
  • Support solutions for employer/employee portals and registration processes.
  • Determine the approach to manage CMS content for multiple languages.
  • Configure, build, and customize Salesforce Community Cloud solutions.
  • Build new and enhanced functionality in the platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements to determine solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs.
  • Deliver effective business solutions consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications.
  • Solve complex technical problems and provide creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years Experience Cloud experience on high-user-volume projects (>500 users).
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience Cloud project experience supporting various licensing models.
  • Experience with Community templates and portal solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate technical complexities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its components.
  • Solid grasp of content management and database concepts.
