Role Description :

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Developer based in our Pune office, with the opportunity for some remote work. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of robust Salesforce solutions. You'll play a crucial role in integrating third-party applications and providing essential technical expertise to optimize business processes for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Lead the integration of Salesforce with various third-party applications and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high code quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4- 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce Development, including deep knowledge of Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce integrations using various methods (e.g., REST API, SOAP API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.
