User Experience Designer

Designing intuitive and seamless user experiences is at the forefront of our development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user behavior, preferences, and pain points through research and testing.
  • Prioritize design decisions based on user experience, functionality, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with product goals and brand standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing complex applications, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including generative design systems and automated prototyping workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience documenting design decisions and presenting findings to stakeholders.
