Product Designer Internship Opportunity

This is a once-in-a-lifetime window to take a product from concept to reality, bringing innovative solutions to blue-collar workers, gig workers, and those struggling at the lower rung of society.

About the Role

As a Product Designer intern, you will play a key role in developing our app and future products, focusing on private security guards in the Private Security Industry. You will work alongside senior designers, researchers, and outreach teams to solve real-world challenges through design thinking, innovation, UX research, and storytelling.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sprints to drive creativity and innovation.
  • Research: Assist in field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and documentation of insights to inform design decisions.
  • UI + Visuals: Contribute to wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma to create engaging user experiences.
  • Prototyping: Support in creating low-to-mid fidelity prototypes; learn to refine interactions and transitions to enhance user engagement.
  • Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal results.
Mandatory Skills, Qualifications, Requirements
  • Graduate in Design or any field with industry-recognized certification in UX and adequate portfolio to demonstrate design skills.
  • 0-2 years of experience in UX Design to understand design principles and practices.
  • Proficient in design software: Figma, Miro to create high-quality designs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research and design to leverage technology-driven solutions.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
