Job Description

Key Performance Areas:

The incumbent will be responsible for leading technical discussions, presenting findings to stakeholders, and communicating system design concepts and performance data to cross-functional teams. They will also conduct performance simulations, evaluate system capabilities against design requirements, and select and validate the right hydraulic/electrical elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and translate complex system requirements into detailed engineering specifications.
  • Select appropriate components and subsystems for optimal system performance.
  • Conduct trade studies to select optimal system configurations of Electrohydraulic and Electromechanical systems.
  • Develop detailed system block diagrams and interface control documents.
  • Ensure System design adheres to all applicable Aerospace safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • BTech: Mechanical / Aerospace.
  • MTech degree in Mechanical/Aerospace (preferred).
  • Proven experience in system engineering and performance simulations.
  • Knowledge of MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Expertise in system engineering methodologies and tools purposes.
  • Proficiency in simulation software like MATLAB, Simulink.
  • Fair knowledge of Aerospace NPI, TRL/MRL and value engineering methodology.
