Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our organization at a key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and ensure product quality meets company standards while minimizing costs.
  • Develop and implement a Food Safety and Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain specifications by ensuring processes from supply chain to consumer meet quality goals.
  • Comply with mandates for plant operation.
  • Identify and manage practices, activities, and resources to meet quality objectives.
  • Adhere to guidelines in manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to finished goods specifications.
  • Conduct tests on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation, and finished products as per methodologies.
  • Ensure two-way traceability of raw materials forward to consumers and backward to suppliers.
  • Implement availability of standard chemical reagents, verify concentration, and calibrate equipment in the plant.
  • Verify storage conditions for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary materials, and final products.

Requirements:

We require a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager with 12-15 years of experience post-graduation/PG in science - food technology. The ideal candidate should have expertise in implementing and reviewing Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products conform to specifications through assurance of processes from supply chain to consumer.
