Job Title: Technical Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Leader to oversee the entire support process, from initial request to resolution.

  • Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues.
  • Train, coach and mentor technical support engineers.
  • Maintain IT service desk policies, procedure documentation, records and reports in compliance with organizational requirements.
