Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models across domains such as NLP, computer vision, and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Build and optimize NLP pipelines, including text classification, sentiment analysis, information extraction, and conversational AI.
  • Work on computer vision applications such as image recognition, object detection, and video analytics.
  • Perform data modeling, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) for structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Develop scalable model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML research and apply best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
  • Strong expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision techniques.
  • Experience in data modeling, data wrangling, and feature engineering.
  • Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms or containerized environments.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, optimization techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and production-ready code.
