Job Title: Expert Technical Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled system analyst to join our team as an expert technical consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using PeopleSoft FSCM.

  • Design, develop, and implement system enhancements to improve existing business processes.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and design specifications for complex system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and resolving production incidents in PeopleSoft FSCM.
  • Developing, testing, and migrating code to production environments.
  • Providing support for process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Integrating PeopleSoft with external systems.
Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM technical development.
  • Strong expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 application.
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools v8.6+ (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, CI, File Layout, Integration Broker, Workflow, SQR).
  • Knowledge of AP, Travel & Expenses, BI, AR, Contracts, PC, GL, AM, LA modules.
  • Experience with BI Publisher report creation/modification.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Additionally, the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Coupa background.
  • Approval workflow setup & troubleshooting.
  • Functional knowledge of Expenses, P2P, and O2C modules.
  • Performance tuning for processes/pages.
  • Experience with Oracle Support patching.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.
