Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will drive the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless product availability across all channels.

  • Distribution Planning & Execution: Lead and drive the distribution plan from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.
  • Product Availability & Planning Frameworks: Own the availability of 1500-2000 SKUs by designing robust distribution frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints.
  • Inventory Management & Policy: Define and monitor inventory holding policies and norms based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.
  • Optimization of Dispatch & Stock Flow: Optimize dispatch plans considering FTL loads, promotional priorities, seasonality, and inter-branch transfer reduction.
  • Replenishment & Fill Rates: Establish replenishment mechanisms across all inventory nodes and ensure stock availability and fill rate ownership for all customer channels.
  • Slow-Moving & Obsolete Inventory Management: Identify and monitor slow-moving/obsolete stocks and design and execute mitigation and liquidation plans to minimize risk.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel & Advanced Excel
  • Ability to manage complexity of large SKU base and multi-channel distribution
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration (Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics)
  • Proactive mind-set with ability to balance cost, availability, and service levels
