Compliance Specialist Job Overview

This role involves providing subject matter expertise to support the Americas Tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance applications/projects adhere to U.S. regulatory requirements.
  • Leading projects and collaborating with analysts to capture/document compliance requirements.
  • Managing issues and assisting in scenario analysis and test initiatives like model validation.

Candidate Profile:

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with U.S. operations of foreign banking organizations.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical, written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Education & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience:

  • 10-15 years overall experience.
  • 5-8 years of technology experience with AML/Sanctions/E-surveillance systems.
  • 3-5 years of data analysis experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, and strong technical knowledge of databases.

This role reports to the Head, FCO Americas Tech Delivery and Support and is located in Bangalore.
