Officer Maintenance

Job Description

Maintenance professionals play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of plants by implementing effective maintenance plans and schedules. This includes preparing PM schedules for critical equipment, executing mechanical maintenance tasks efficiently, and ensuring the availability of essential spares, services, and manpower.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain integrity of maintenance data and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements. Additionally, they will be skilled at coordinating with plant and other REAM disciplines for maintenance-related work, planning, and execution of small projects, as well as adhering to permit-to-work systems.

Other key responsibilities include analyzing mechanical maintenance costs, budgeting on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, and conducting regular troubleshooting and analysis when appointed as a member of an RCA team. The successful candidate will also participate in reliability and integrity studies, maintain records, and carry out LLF as per plan.

Education and Experience:

The candidate should hold a minimum Diploma in Mechanical discipline and have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance documentation.
