Job Title: Head of Engineering-Climaty

We're seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our technical vision and architecture for AI-driven marketing automation platforms.

  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrated with APIs from Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and more.
  • Evaluate and implement ML/AI models for optimization, targeting, and performance prediction.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role at a product or SaaS company.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud infrastructure, API integration, and modern tech stacks.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing: campaign automation, media mix modeling, audience segmentation, etc.
