Senior Manager – Financial Reporting

Location: Bangalore

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain optimal financial health.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports to inform strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting:
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Monitor and address regulatory requirements to minimize risk.
    • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with securities laws and corporate governance.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting.
    • Leverage technology to optimize data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide clear and concise financial information to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
