Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Financial Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our global financial applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with at least 5 years of direct hands-on experience configuring, testing, and optimizing Workday Financials modules
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Trial Balances
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS
  • Experience supporting multinational operations, including consolidations across multiple ledgers, multi-currency environments, and complex intercompany transactions
  • Solid understanding of core Finance processes and operations (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Treasury, and Banking)
