Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Automated Test Scripts
  • Lead QA Engineer Team
  • Manual and Exploratory Testing for Web Applications
  • Review/Create and Execute Detailed Test Cases and Scenarios
  • Collaborate with Development Teams for Quality Throughout the Development Lifecycle
  • Identify Product/Development Gaps and Escalate to Respective Teams
  • Conduct Both UI and API Testing
  • Maintain CI/CD Pipeline
  • Create and Maintain Test Documentation
  • Report and Track Bugs using JIRA

Tech Skills Required:

  • Testing Frameworks: Playwright or Similar (Cypress, Selenium)
  • Programming Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript
  • API Testing: REST API Testing Experience
  • Version Control: Git
  • CI/CD: GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins Experience
  • Test Reporting: Allure Reporting Knowledge or Similar
  • Database: Basic MongoDB or NoSQL Databases Understanding

  • 2+ Years of Experience Managing a QA Engineer Team
  • Experience Working at a Startup
  • High Standards for Quality and Ownership
  • Strong Manual Testing Skills and QA Fundamentals
  • Creating and Executing Test Cases Experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance Best Practices
  • Attention to Detail and Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and in a Team
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
