Java Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java software engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex software systems using Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Java technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Apache Maven.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions.
  • Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Java software development.
  • Proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Apache Maven.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
