  • Assist in data capture, organization, storage, and analysis to create and maintain cost indices and escalation.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of construction project cost databases by capturing, cleaning, organizing, storing, and analyzing data.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel, identifying trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cost estimators and quantity surveyors to fill gaps in data and ensure comprehensive understanding.
  • Contribute to the development of processes for collecting, capturing, and utilizing historical data to inform future projects.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisors or senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and management, with a strong understanding of IT technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
