Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Prevention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality-driven implementation of prevention services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Prevention projects on the field, teaching children personal safety skills from age 6-18 in schools and conducting Awareness sessions on child sexual abuse with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation of field experiences in a timely manner.
  • Adherence to operational protocol, including timely reporting of field activities to coordinators and ensuring regular reviews with Coordinator and Manager, prevention Services.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a large diverse team.

Educational Qualifications:

A degree in Education, Sociology, Social work, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field is required.

Desired Experience:

Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions and facilitating discussions is highly desirable.
