Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Loss Prevention (DLP) professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in DLP administration and implementation, with expertise in industry-leading solutions such as Forcepoint DLP and Symantec DLP.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing DLP policies, integrating DLP with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and other security tools.
  • They will also conduct proof-of-concept testing, work with IT teams and business units to align DLP configurations with organizational security policies, and investigate DLP alerts and incidents.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will create and manage classification labels and content policies, set permissions for users based on organizational requirements, and activate or deactivate file protection as needed.

Technical skills required include hands-on experience with DLP tools, a strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks, expertise in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security, experience in SIEM integration, CASB solutions, and data discovery tools, and knowledge of incident response frameworks and forensic investigation techniques.

Soft skills required include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders, excellent documentation and report-writing abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Certifications and trainings preferred include Certified Forcepoint DLP System Engineer, Certified Forcepoint DLP Administrator, Symantec Data Loss Prevention 15.5 Technical Specialist, and Trend Micro Certified Professional.
