We are seeking a highly skilled MacOS Enterprise Administrator to join our team at Prontoex Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their expertise in managing Macs in an enterprise environment using JAMF and FileVault encryption.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in Mac Administration, with recent macOS releases. They should be well-versed in managing Macs using Workspace ONE/JAMF Pro or other management solutions. Additionally, they must have experience in packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like JAMF Pro/Workspace ONE/Munki etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and configure Mac devices using JAMF and FileVault encryption
  • Package and distribute macOS applications via device management solutions
  • Deploy configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions and PPPC profiles
  • Configure macOS provisioning process with Automated Device Enrollment (DEP)
  • Evaluate, recommend, and deploy technologies and solutions to improve productivity, security, and user-experience
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in MacOS Administration
  • Strong knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure tokenization
  • Experience in scripting using bash/zsh and python
  • Understanding of varying IT software and hardware platforms
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
  • Familiarity with networking & server technologies (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN, VPN etc.)
  • iOS Device administration on any platform
