As a senior full-stack developer, you will work closely with our design team to turn designs into working features, write clean, secure, and well-documented frontend and backend code, collaborate with the API team to build scalable back-end services, set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment, and lead, mentor, and support a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable web applications that meet the needs of general contractors, construction managers, and trade partners.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Develop and maintain robust, secure, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with the API team to build scalable back-end services.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, including React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
