The Position:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Chennai, India. As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Subitup, you will work on both front-end and back-end development to build robust, scalable, and high-performing applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business requirements and delight users.

Key Responsibilities

• Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using modern technologies.
  • Implement user interfaces with responsive and visually appealing designs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both client-side and server-side applications.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimization & Troubleshooting:
  • Optimize application performance to ensure fast and reliable user experiences.
  • Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and improve system stability.
• Best Practices:
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proven expertise in building and deploying scalable web applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Architecture: Experience building applications with C#, preferably Microsoft .NET Core 3.1 and/or .NET 5 in an Azure environment.
  • Front-End: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
  • Back-End: Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as C#, VB.NET. Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns. Experienced in developing high quality, extensible and reusable code solutions.
  • Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like MS SQL Server and MongoDB. DB design tools like ORM framework.
  • API Development: Thorough understanding of REST API development, with an emphasis on security and performance.
  • Testing: Experience writing unit/integration tests and developing applications using a Test-Driven Development approach. Testing for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
  • Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), VS Code and CI/CD pipelines, NuGet packages.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
