Job Summary

As a seasoned Data Migration Professional, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data transitions for our clients.

This role requires expertise in designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations using AI coding assistants, as well as developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient data migration processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to manage and transform large datasets.
  • BUILD a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature.
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success during this migration.
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience in customer migration experiences, transforming data to onboard customers into software/solution.
  • Internal migration experience or transforming and migrating data as a part of a data engineering role.
