AI Leadership Role

As a visionary leader in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our matchmaking platforms and revolutionizing user experiences. This leadership position requires driving innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, leveraging data science to redefine how people find love.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Advocate for the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall customer experience and retention.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution; MBA or executive education preferred
