Healthy Food Ambassador

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate professional to lead sales efforts in reaching out to retail stores and institutions across Malappuram.

This role involves generating leads, onboarding clients, managing weekend booths, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, representing the brand professionally, and capturing customer feedback.

• Generate new business opportunities and onboard D2C clients, local area groups, retail, general trade, societies, and corporates.
• Organize and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and orders using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
• Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions.
• Capture valuable insights from customers and provide market feedback.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a nutritionist or dietitian with experience interacting with clients and customers.
• Excellent communication skills: fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets: ability to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data.
• Client management experience: minimum 5 years in a client-facing role; comfortable meeting clients in person and setting up sampling events.
• Time management and organization: ability to efficiently manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules.
• Professional appearance and conduct: warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
• Goal-oriented mindset to achieve company-wide objectives.

• Basic understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food trends.
• Ability to create simple sales decks or presentations for clients.
• Flexible availability on weekends for events.
• Numerical skills.
• Enthusiasm about nutrition, health, and food startups.
