Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong background in civil engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of construction materials to our project sites. They will work closely with our project managers and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficient logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure and manage the delivery of construction materials to project sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, lead times, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to supply chain operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and consumables.
  • Understanding of local procurement practices and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with procurement documentation (POs, GRN, invoices).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier interaction.
  • Ability to work closely with site teams and cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
  • B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering OR Graduate with relevant SCM/procurement experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement/supply chain of construction/renewable/industrial projects.
  • Prior site-based SCM/procurement exposure preferred.
