Job Title : Software Test Engineering Manager with Digital Infrastructure Expertise

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled test engineering manager to support high-impact digital public infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality assurance and project management, with the ability to lead QA efforts and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in complex public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead QA activities for large-scale public systems, including API, web, and mobile interfaces.
  • Design and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, automation, and performance testing to ensure high-quality digital products.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of test cases, defect logs, and reports to facilitate traceability and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in QA and software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or coordination role.
  • Strong technical skills in functional and API testing, automation tools, and performance testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB or PMP are a plus, but not required.

  • An annual remuneration package that ranges from ₹1,500,000 to ₹3,000,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
