Our current business groups include Public Sector – Consulting, Ecommerce, Digital, IT Projects and Products.

Within the Public Sector vertical, we are majorly focused on being approved as a supplier, through USA Federal and State contracts, with at least three additional contract vehicles per year. To achieve this end, we consistently strive to enhance corporate knowledge of the Public Sector client's functional needs and operating environment and to offer services that maximize the client's investment.

Our Public Sector – Consulting vertical has a need of Proposal Writer.

Position Brief:

  • Position Title: Proposal Writer
  • Job location: Remote /Onsite (if required) -Bhopal, MP
  • Job Timing:

Primary :-06:30 PM EST to 03:30 PM IST (EST Working Hours)

Secondary :-05:00 PM EST to 02:00 PM IST

  • Experience: Fresher

Job Role:

We are looking for an Entry Level Proposal Writer who can produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition. We need proven ability and skills in producing and editing proposal content, The proposal writer will be experienced in participating in review meetings/ final document review, content sign off and document production. This is a role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Lead responses to Public Sector (US Government experience is preferred) at the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order (TO) level, and other responses at the contract program level.
  2. Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/ Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  3. Experience in analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  4. Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.
  5. Proactively interact with subject matter experts.
  6. Assist the Bid/ Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.
  7. Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
  8. Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
  9. Provide ongoing proposal strategy and support.
  10. Gain adherence to all steps of the pursuit proposal process and confirm high quality proposal submissions.
  11. Design or suggest graphics for written proposal material.
  12. Develop high quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other meeting documents.
  13. Maintains quality results by using templates, readability, consistency and tone, maintaining proposal support database.
  14. Coordinate with team members for successful delivery of proposals.
  15. Store all new proposal content to drives for potential reuse.

Required Skills, Qualification and Experience:

  • Should have Knowledge and understanding on proposal writing.
  • Strong time management/ prioritization skills.
  • Must have ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a variety of audiences both via the phone and email.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of coordinating and updating a knowledge base system is beneficial.
